ABSTRACT It has been reported that adverse effects of anti-cancer drug exhibit various kinds of skin manifestation. Among them, pigmentation, nail changes, alopecia are commonly recognized. Additionally, there are rare, but important cutaneous manifestations, such as genital ulcers, scleroderma-like changes, ingrown granuloma, and acneiform eruptions, most of which are caused by recently used anti-neoplastic agents. In this report, current topics of cutaneous manifestation caused by anti-cancer agents are described, and modes of action of the drugs targeting skin are discussed.
