ABSTRACT With the help of spectroscopy in UV and visible regions and EPR methods the complex formation in polyurethanes with immobilized in situ coordination copper (2+) compounds is analyzed. According to changes in d-d and π-π* electron transitions as well as in spin-Hamiltonian parameters the more intensive complexing of fluorine-contained metal compound with polyurethane is revealed as compared with fluorine-free modifier.
