ABSTRACT

Serum glucose and cortisol levels of Clarias lazera were determined after exposing the fish to 1.0 ppm copper for periods of 1, 7 and 15 days. An auto-analyzer was used to determine the cortisol and O-toluidine method was used to determine the serum glucose and levels.

Serum glucose and cortisol levels of the fish increased with increasing exposure periods except the first day.
