ABSTRACT

For years, biochemists and molecular biologists have been interested in protein-nucleic acid interactions. Insight into the nature of protein-nucleic acid interactions could lead to a better understanding of the processes of transcription and molecular recognition. Therefore, biochemists and molecular biologists have considerable interest in the development of methods to study these interactions at a molecular level.
