After a short introduction relating the epidemiological data, we describe the pathophysiology, the complications and the different modalities of treatment of aortic dissections. We focus our review on the endovascular techniques, especially the use of stent-graft devices. We also discuss the fenestration technique and the different indications of these different methods.
