Reports concerning the applications of Resonance Light scattering (RLS) technique in analytical purposes have been reviewed here. Starting from the principles of the technique, we first stated its quantitative basis, and then went to its applications in the determination of metal ions, pharmaceuticals, proteins, and nucleic acids. Future prospects of this technique have also been presented. 156 references were cited.
