ABSTRACT

Raman spectroscopy is a fascinating analytical method to study the vibration of constituent atoms in molecules or in crystals. It is surely great advantage that most of materials can be investigated even if the object is solid, liquid or gas. This article shows how Raman spectroscopy is useful for the study of electronic materials and what kinds of information we can obtain using the method.
