ABSTRACTRecent work of our studies on the design and synthesis of novel biological active 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidine derivatives was reviewed, including 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidine ethers 3 and 7 with ALS-inhibition activity, diheterocyclic compounds containing 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine10~7, α-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2-thioacetamides18, α –1,2,4-triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2-sulfonylacetamides 19 and 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2-thioacetohydrazone 23.
